FAQ’S & KNOW WHAT PHOTO RIGHTS YOU ARE PURCHASING!
The Lensed Listing - Real Estate Photography promises professional and fully retouched photos & video tours. We take great pride in our real estate photography and the value it adds to your home. We provide Real Estate Photography to all areas of North Georgia and surrounding areas and travel out of state as well for commissioned photoshoots. Please be sure to check our portfolio work before hiring us for your listing shoot to make sure our editing style is what you are looking for! We do not offer refunds in any circumstances especially if you try to “change your photography vision style”, so please again, check our portfolio work prior to scheduling your photo session.
Also please note, when purchasing a photography package, that order is good for either that single one time property listing for sale OR short term vacation rental listing photos. Photos cannot be used for multiple listing options nor can you sell them yourself to anyone else such as a listing agent. You cannot use them for an STR property and have that same property listed for sale unless you have purchased full rights to the photos for STR AND For Sale of the Property. Copyright infringement is very serious and we do not take it lightly so please note this when placing your orders. Should you decide down the road to sell your vacation property or decide to list your property for a short term rental (STR) your Realtor or Property Manager is more than welcome to purchase the photos from The Lensed Listing and can reach out to us. Please note that if you steal photos, and refuse to pay for the photos when we respectfully communicate the policy to you to refresh your memory again, we will take all necessary steps not limited to a cease and desist order in the county that the photos were taken, we will file a lien on the property/properties that are actively listed for sale with the stolen photos so that property cannot close until this is paid for as well as any other necessary steps our business attorney advises us to do so.

Basic Photography Package
$200 for homes under 2K SF
$250 for homes under 3K SF
$300 for homes under 4K SF
STR PHOTOGRAPHY IS PRICED DIFFERENTLY, PLEASE EMAIL FOR A QUOTE!
The basic photography package includes a 45-60 minute photoshoot of your property, deluxe image editing and completed within 24 business hours for homes under 2K SF, homes larger are 48+ business hours turnaround time. This package includes up to 30 photos. Additional photos are available to add for an additional fee. Staging and any setup and/or moving items around will require an additional fee.
PLEASE NOTE THAT A TRAVEL FEE WILL BE ADDED ON TO ANY JOB THAT IS MORE THAN AN HOUR DRIVE FROM OUR HOME BASE. RATES VARY BASED ON DISTANCE, CURRENT GAS RATES, HOW MANY HIGHWAYS WE HAVE TO TRAVEL ON TO GET THERE ETC. WE HAVE CHARGED A TRAVEL FEE FOR OVER 13 YEARS SO PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT SOMETHING NEW.

Deluxe Photography Package (homes 4K SF and up)

The deluxe photography package is our best seller for residential homes on the larger side of 4K sqft and larger. This package includes a 60+ minute photoshoot of your property, fully edited high definition images and completed with 48+ business hours depending on size. For larger executive estates and commercial properties, message us for a custom package that fits your needs!
STR & Travel Photography
Please contact us for a custom quote for all STR Vacation Rental and Travel Photography & Videography Quotes. Each job is priced based on location, size of the property, what all you would like to add on to create your custom package etc. We also quote your price with a discount in return that we stay on property location for agreed upon days. We also let our clients know that STR quotes are priced differently than basic Real Estate Listing Photoshoots due to the simply fact that a real estate listing lists, sells and closes; essentially a “one and done” transaction. An STR uses the photos and books stays over and over again, hence why the price point is on a different scale.
Aerial Drone Photography
$200 and up depending on job
The aerial drone photography package includes aerial drone images of your property as well as other images such as neighborhood aerial view, aerial image(s) of recreation area(s) such as pool, tennis, golf etc. For larger commercial buildings, land or multiples such as RV properties please message us for a quote.

Short Promo Custom Video (includes live footage (weather depending), edited stills, your custom branding and contact added as well as music) $150 - PERFECT for STR Owners!
Parcel Property Outline on aerial photo $20 each
Custom Videography $300+ depending on the job (This custom video will include a mix of LIVE flying exterior drone video, amenities if added on, your edited interior & exterior still shots, music and Realtors branded information. You will also receive an unbranded video as well for MLS, FMLS, etc.). Please note all videos are only kept in our archives for 60 days, after this time period we no longer keep these files, so please be sure to download them when we send completed videos out. Should you have any weather delays during the drone and/or live portion of your video, this part will be rescheduled as soon as we can accommodate your into our schedule.
Amenities Package: $200+ depending on community and what it entails - this includes professionally edited photos of the clubhouse, pool, tennis courts, playground area(s), neighborhood entrance sign etc. Add an additional $100 if you’d like to add drone package to amenities.
Virtual Staging is available for $30 per photo - ask about whole house virtual staging discount! Turnaround time 48-72 hours.
